Win a Case of Wild Kite Rosé 2025
1. The Promoter
These terms and conditions govern the prize draw competition (the “Competition”) operated by Arun Valley Vineyard LLP (the producer of Wild Kite Wine) of Amelia House, Crescent Road, Worthing, BN11 1 RL(the “Promoter”). By entering the Competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. The Prize
- The prize consists of one (1) case of Wild Kite Rosé 2025 vintage, comprising six (6) 75cl bottles.
- The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.
- The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances make this necessary.
3. Eligibility
- This Competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom only.
- Entrants must be aged 18 or over at the time of entry. As this competition involves an alcohol prize, entry is strictly restricted to adults. The Promoter may request proof of age before awarding the prize.
- Employees of the Promoter, their immediate family members, and any individuals involved in the administration of the Competition are not eligible to enter.
- By entering, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and accept these terms and conditions.
4. How to Enter
- To enter the Competition, you must subscribe to the Promoter’s newsletter using a valid, working email address.
- The Competition entry period opens on 5 June 2026 and closes at 23:59 (GMT) on 6 July 2026] (the “Closing Date”). Entries received after the Closing Date will not be valid.
- Only one entry per person is permitted, regardless of the number of email addresses used. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, or not received for any reason, including technical failure.
- Subscribing to the newsletter does not guarantee winning the prize.
5. Winner Selection
- One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received by the Closing Date.
- The draw will take place on 10th July 2026 using a randomised selection process.
- The draw will be conducted by an independent third party or a responsible representative of the Promoter.
- The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Notification of Winner
- The winner will be notified by email to the address used at the time of newsletter subscription, within 5 working days of the draw.
- The winner must respond to claim their prize and provide their physical address to which the prize will be delivered within 14 days of the notification email being sent. Failure to respond within this time may result in the prize being forfeited and an alternative winner being selected.
- The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner but accepts no liability for failure to do so if the email address provided is invalid or inactive.
7. Prize Delivery
- The prize will be delivered to a UK mainland address provided by the winner at the time.. Delivery to remote areas, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, or the Isle of Man may be subject to additional arrangement.
- The winner must be aged 18 or over and may be required to provide proof of age upon delivery. The Promoter reserves the right to withhold the prize if age cannot be verified.
- Delivery timescales will be communicated to the winner upon confirmation of their details.
8. Data Protection & Privacy
- Personal data provided when entering the Competition will be used by the Promoter to administer the Competition and, where consent is given, to send the Promoter’s newsletter.
- Data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).
- Subscribers may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. Unsubscribing after the Closing Date does not affect the validity of the Competition entry.
- Personal data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required to fulfil the prize.
9. Publicity
- The winner agrees that the Promoter may use their first name and general location (e.g. town or county) for promotional purposes, including announcement of the winner on the Promoter’s website or social media channels.
- No further personal details will be published without the winner’s explicit consent.
10. General Conditions
- The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or withdraw the Competition at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Competition or from accepting the prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
- The Competition and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
- If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
