Ordering and Delivery
We currently only ship to UK mainland addresses. If you would like to order wine for delivery outside of the UK please get in touch with us by email to nest@wildkitewines.co.uk.
Orders typically take between 3 and 5 business days from the date of the order. If your order has not arrived please contact us on nest@wildkitewines.co.uk.
Once your order has been despatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link or consignment number. If you have a delivery issue please contact us on nest@wildkitewine.co.uk.
If you wish to cancel your order you can do so provided we have not already despatched the wine by contacting us on nest@wildkitewine.co.uk.
We want you to be happy with your purchase and hope that you enjoy your Wild Kite wine as much as we do. Due to licensing and food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of wine unless the bottles are faulty or damaged when you receive them. If a bottle is damaged or "corked," please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will replace the damaged wine.
