Do you have an on-site shop?

What is your return policy?

We want you to be happy with your purchase and hope that you enjoy your Wild Kite wine as much as we do.  Due to licensing and food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of wine unless the bottles are faulty or damaged when you receive them.  If a bottle is damaged or "corked," please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will replace the damaged wine.  Further details of how to return products are set out in our [Returns & Refunds Policy].

What grape varieties do you grow?

We grow Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Meunier grapes on the Arun Valley Vineyard for making our Wild Kite wines. All the grapes we use to make our wine are grown on-site to ensure the highest possible quality.

Is your vineyard organic?

Our vineyard is not organic but we employ regenerative and sustainable techniques in the management of the vineyard.  This means taking a holistic approach to vineyard management that focuses on restoring soil health, increasing biodiversity and improving the entire vineyard ecosystem.  The aim is to create a net positive environmental impact by using more ecological practices such as cover cropping and minimal tillage to improve the soil health. This approach should lead to more resilient vines, better fruit quality, improved water management, and a positive contribution to climate change mitigation.  To find out more click here.

How should I store and serve your wine?

We recommend that for long term storage wine should be kept at a cool and consistent temperature away from heat and bright light. Our wines all have corks and so the bottles should be kept on their side so that the corks are kept moist.

Do you sell wholesale to restaurants or shops?

Yes. We are registered under the Alcohol Wholesale Registration Scheme (AWRS) with HMRC. Please contact us on nest@wildkitwine.co.uk to find out more.

Are you a licensed producer?

We have applied for a Personal Licence and Premises Licence issued by the local authority to sell directly to consumers.
